Member Directions for joining and paying dues: To become or remain a member in good standing with the lodge the yearly membership fee of $50.00 for actively employed officers (full or part-time) and $25.00 for retired officers to be paid with application. If you’re a new member and an actively employed officer joining after July 1, then you pay $75.00 with your application, which will cover the current year and the following year. If you are retiree and joining after July 1st then membership will be $37.50, which will cover the current year and the following year. 

Payment can be made online using PayPal's Secure Checkout. Card details are not saved, stored, or otherwise accessible from our website.

Life insurance coverage is provided with your membership, beneficiary information must be updated anytime there is a change to ensure that your designated beneficiary will receive your life insurance.

Membership is required to maintain FOP Legal insurance coverage - You have several choices for Legal insurance coverage.

 -Civil & Criminal $72.00 a year.
 -Civil, Criminal and Administrative $324.00 a year.
 

Effective January 1, 2021, the current HR-218 LEOSA Plan coverage will be replaced with the FOP  Retired Law Enforcement Concealed Carry Legal Defense Coverage Plan cost is $75.00 a year.

To obtain Legal Coverage go to www.foplegal.com and make your selection, fill out the paperwork and make payment directly to them. Enter PENDING for your membership number and complete your paperwork for immediate coverage. You will be notified of your membership number as soon as we receive it at the lodge.

Membership Renewal: Annual bill be sent out in August by e-mail to cut down on expenses and payment is due September 30th – as per capita must be sent to the State and National Lodges in October. Payment can be made by check or by using PayPal, as stated above. Membership cards will be mailed out in February if not picked up at the lodge meeting in January. Please contact the Lodge at [email protected] to notify us of any changes to your address - email address - phone # - beneficiary or work location occurs, as we need to be able to contact and keep you updated on changes. Your help in maintaining accurate records is appreciated.

Meetings are held the 3rd Thursday of each month (except July and December) and we look forward to seeing you at the Lodge.

I, the undersigned, a full-time or retired, regularly employed law enforcement officer, do hereby make application for active membership in the Gravitt, Everett, Davis – GA FOP Lodge #66, Inc. By signing this application, I am bound by the following obligation of the Order:

I, hereby declare, in the presence of the Creator of the Universe and the members of the Fraternal Order of Police here assembled, do most solemnly and sincerely promise and swear, that I will to the best of my ability comply with all the laws and rules of this Order; that I will recognize the authority of my legally elected officers and obey all orders that are not in conflict with my religious or political views, or my rights as an American citizen; that I will not cheat, wrong, or defraud this Order, or any member thereof, or permit the same to be done if in my power to prevent it; that I will at all times aid and assist a worthy Brother or Sister in sickness or distress, so far as it lies in my power to do so; that I will not divulge any secrets of this Order to any one not entitled to receive them. To all of which I most solemnly and sincerely promise and swear. Should I violate this, my solemn oath or obligation, I hereby consent to be expelled from the Order.

If membership should be revoked or discontinued for any cause, other than retirement, while in good standing, I do hereby agree to return to said Lodge my insignia, such as membership card, lapel pin, auto emblem, etc.
